Dr. Poffenbarger and Derek did a two level fusion on my neck. They understood how scared I was and treated me like I was important. They made me feel heard and understood. The whole staff was kind to me and my husband. We are grateful to everyone at BMC for helping me to get through this difficult time. I have my life back.
